ITT Dublin launches fifth Student Synergy Awards.  The 2013 Students Awards, which are sponsored by South Dublin County Enterprise Board (SDCEB), 

Synergy Centre is the innovation and company incubation space at ITT Dublin.

The awards bring together a mix of entrepreneurial students from different faculty disciplines forming teams to put forward their innovative business ideas. These are shortlisted to the 10 best and then compete for one of the four following prizes from a total €6,500 Prize Fund:
1st €3,000, 2nd €2,000, 3rd €1,000, and a Special Award of €500

Date for the finals - Thu 11th April 2013 first week back following Easter Break.

Deadline for applications is Wed 13th February 2013 - This will give the judging panel time to shortlist up to 12 teams and the shortlisted teams - 8 weeks - adequate time to prepare a business plan and final presentation for the 11th April 2013 

We will also encourage and financially support all finalists to apply for the Enterprise Ireland national student competition – final application dates for this is Wed 24th April. This lucrative competition holds a 60K prize fund with 10k first prize a great next step for any budding Entrepreneurs!  Details of this can be found into 2012 on their website: www.thinkoutsidetheboxawards.com
